C.O.D.TAXES company was founded by Kevin Cassey in 2010 in Memphis Tn. Kevin graduated from Westwood High School and continued his education at Southwest Community College majoring in business and management. Mr. Cassey have over 10 year of professional experience and Knowledge in Tax preparation.  The company now have 3 offices in the United States and continuing to expand its growth
